Prof. M. Alessandra Livi graduated with honors in July 1988 in Civil Law with Prof. P. Rescigno at the Faculty of Law of Sapienza University of Rome, starting from an average of 110. Researcher in Private Law at the Sapienza University of Rome since 2006, qualified as associate professor in 2015, since 2012 she has been teaching private and family law, as part of the course of studies in social service of the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology of the Sapienza, a course of study of which he has been President since 2015. She teaches in the following Masters courses, which take place at Sapienza: Market Global Regulation (Prof. M. Alberti and G. Alpa) and European Private Law (Prof. G. Alpa), appearing as a member of the latter's Scientific Education Committee. At the same University she teaches at the Summer School. In 2015 she was evaluating commissioner at the Croatian Agency for the Evaluation of Public Universities. Se has been working in the field of civil and commercial law since 1988. She has collaborated with the study of Prof. G. L. Tosato; subsequently she did her own consultancy. A Cassation Lawyer since 2015, she has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since January 1992. In 2010 she participated as an expert civilian in the Rai 3 television program. Art. 3.
