The Italian Association for Arbitration presents "ARBITRATION AND PANDEMIC". The meeting will take place online on 11 December. The organizing committee is composed of Antonio Briguglio - Andrea Carlevaris - Diego Corapi - Maria Beatrice Deli - Giorgio De Nova - Andrea Giardina.

The proceedings will open at 9.45 am with greetings from Andrea Giardina and Andrea Carnevalis who will introduce the first session of the conference chaired by Giorgio De Nova, Professor Emeritus of Civil Law at the State University of Milan. The session will be attended by Enrico Gabrielli, Full Professor of Civil Law at the Tor Vergata University of Rome, Franco Ferrari, Professor of Law at the Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration and Commercial Law in New York, the theme will be litigation in internal and international contracts.

The second session will be chaired by AIA Secretary General Maria Beatrice Deli who will introduce Eduardo Silva Romero, Dechert, Paris and Maxi Scherer, Professor of Law, Queen Mary, University of London.

The conference will also be the occasion for the assignment of the "Eugenio Minoli" Prize, now in its eighth edition.
