Lawyer - Associato
Fausto Consolo has been an Associate at Coccia De Angelis & Associati since 2025. His practice focuses on Civil, Commercial, and Sports law, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
He graduated in Law from the University of Messina, where he wrote his thesis on “The Fight Against Doping in Sport and International Law.” He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2021 and, in the same year, completed the Advanced Course in Sports Law and Sports Justice “Lucio Colantuoni” at the University of Milan. He continues to collaborate actively with the University of Milan, contributing to the organization of the programme and serving as a tutor.
Before joining the Firm, he practiced in Milan between 2022 and 2025, gaining significant experience in Commercial and Sports law. In 2023, he completed the Executive Master's Programme in Sports Law organized by LegisLAB Academy.
Alongside his legal practice, Fausto holds a number of appointments within the Italian sports justice system. Since 2022, he has served as a Full Member of the Federal Court of Appeal of the Italian Tambourine Federation (FIPT), a position renewed for the 2025–2028 Olympic cycle. Since 2026, he has also served as Alternate National Sports Judge of the Italian Rowing Federation (FIC).
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and has been a member of the Italian Association of Sports Lawyers (AIAS) since 2026. His mother tongue is Italian and he is fluent in English.
