The 12th edition of the AIA Annual Conference will be held on 29 November 2022. The event will take place at the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei in Rome (Via della Lungara, 10).

As always, the Conference will host some of the major Italian and foreign experts in the field, offering an articulated perspective of domestic law, comparative law and international law in relation to the topic chosen this year.

Will be present, as scheduled: Francesco P. Luiso, Klaus Peter Berger, Gianroberto Villa, Elena Marinucci, Massimo Coccia, Christophe Seraglini, Andrea Graziosi.

The Conference will conclude with the Award Ceremony of the winner of the PhD Thesis Award on International Investment Arbitration Law in memory of Piero Bernardini.

The "Piero Bernardini Award" was organized this year for the first time by the AIA, in collaboration with Ughi and Nunziante Studio Legale, in the common desire to remember a prestigious figure in international arbitration, AIA President from 2011 to 2016.
