The Firm covers the whole spectrum of competition-related issues, thus advising and representing clients at all stages of proceedings before the European Commission and before the Italian Competition Authority. The Firm also provides advice on antitrust-sensitive aspects, e.g. in connection with M&A operations, and follows all phases of notifications both at national and EU level. Furthermore, the Firm provides assistance on compliance with competition rules of business strategies, advising clients on various practices such as licensing and distribution agreements, agreements between competitors, trade association activities, joint ventures, pricing practices, etc..
